Inside sales reps were manually processing purchase orders. Lamons knew they needed a more efficient and scalable data entry process to meet revenue goals, remain competitive, and give employees more time to focus on strategic business tasks.
Solution
When a new order comes in through email, RPA automatically sends it to a trained AI model. The AI model scans the email and processes any attachments. Once processed, the RPA system sends that information to Salesforce and creates a new order.
With RPA and AI working behind the scenes to process POs and create new orders, Lamons’ team will save thousands of hours per year on manual data entry.
